This stay at Bally’s was terrible. The Dennis tower need to be shut down and renovated asap! It’s dirty, it smell really bad and it gives motel vibes with hotel/ resort prices. The front desk staff is horrible and not accommodating whatsoever as if they hate their job! NEVER AGAIN!

Walls are paper thin. Heard of group of kids playing football in the hallways and called front desk, nobody came. Tv didn’t work on ESPN, no turn down service and no microwave.

Front desk staff was rude. I asked for a smoking room well in advance of our stay, but was denied smugly. There was no shelf in the shower. Bathroom vanity countertop was dirty. For a premium hotel, the TV seemed small. Probably won't stay there again.

Birthday weekend 🎂

My weekend at Bally's was good, although there were some minor flaws. The pool being the first flaw closing at 6pm an it's only for adults was crazy, the second problem: was the bathroom leaking and half our stuff got wet. Third flaw: we also feel like y'all need the trolley for the parking area cause carrying your luggage to your room from distance walk was crazy. All in all we had fun at our stay at y'all hotel will do it again soon.

The room is good, the bed is comfortable, but there should at least be water in the minibar. The pool and gym opening hours are very restricted, we stayed for one day and were unable to enjoy anything. I paid for the benefits that the hotel offers but I was unable to use any of them. The slots are also very difficult to pay for. The check-in attendants were rude, but the security staff were very friendly.
