Where do I start. This was supposedtm to be a quick get away after getting married. The room was small for a Junior suite and definitely not as pictured when booking. The only feature that actually was as pictured was the tub. The furniture was dated and need to be replaced, actuallythe entire building needs updating! Just one of many examples, the glass on the coffee table was loose, and shifted several times. The carpet was not vacuumed properly. The refrigerator was filled with ice and needed to be defrosted. There were no robes, which the description said robes were provided. When I called the front desk to inquire I was tild that I had to purchase them from the "gift" shop. We booked for the non-smoking building, but there was definitely smoking going on, it came through the vents especially in the bathroom. In the room next door they were very loud, with the radio blasting. The room was not quiet, we heard every conversation that was happening in the hallway. Front desk staff definitely not friendly, they weren't rude. I would describe it as more stand-offish definitely not welcoming. Let's just say we will most DEFINITELY NOT be visiting again. It was our first and last time. Very disappointing.

Nightmare property
This probably is old, outdated, filthy and literally stinks. They handed out a paper when you check in stating they are finishing up on renovations. Apparently not in any of the places the general public would see, only the one tower, where no one seemed to be staying. Please don’t expect your room to be clean upon check in, because it isn’t. There was HAIR in the tub, sink and on the bathroom floor. Crumbs still on the table in our room from the prior guests because the table wasn’t wasn’t washed off. And certainly don’t expect ANY service while staying there because that won’t happen either. We asked for a few towels because they don’t have daily service and they acted like we were asking for a million dollars. Staff overall were rude and not helpful. All the rooms are supposedly “non-smoking” however people were clearly smoking weed in their rooms, all day and night. Made the mistake of taking the steps because there was a line at the elevator. HUGE mistake, very scary. Clearly there are parties happening in the stairwells as evidenced by the trash and visible spills everywhere. It’s so sad how terrible this place looks as I’m sure back in the day it was beautiful. It’s clear that it is poorly if at all maintained and struggling financially.

There was a club going on outside my window! When I called to complain, Raina answered the phone said it should be over by 1am. I asked for a manager and she said “ how can I help you” as if she was the manager. Then as I was telling her what was happening she said “ I can give you a hour later check out or a $50 discount, when I was unhappy about that she said “let me get the manager! Then when Donald got on the phone he was very rude, not letting me finish what I was saying and then he said “you’re in Atlantic City, what do you expect”? I was so angry with how he was talking to me that my husband and I packed our bags at 12:30am and went to check out! Then when I got to check out the young lady got Donald for me and he had no words for me. He stood there just staring at me until I said I want to check out! He had no apology or anything! I was refunded the second night stay and then drove 2 hours home!

Room was fine once we got there. Check in was a nightmare though. Line was long and check in kiosk did not work. Once checked in and issued our room keys we found people in the room written on our key card holder. The room the girl wrote down was wrong. The floor phone didn't work so my husband had to go back to the front desk to find out where our room was and since I am in a wheelchair he had to leave me behind with the luggage until he came back with the correct room number. Not a good start.
