Although our room was clean and beds were comfortable,we were given a ground floor room in the courtyard with an outdoor entrance , we had to park and get our luggage down a flight of stairs to get to our room. In the room the bathroom door would not close. It looked like it was broken and repaired. The door lock did not match up with the hole on opposite door jam.

The property is old and very dark. The pictures online and very misleading. We stayed in the main building but there is a back portion more like an old “motor inn.” Breakfast was bare, na every limited for a hot breakfast. The room was clean but the air conditioner was loud, bed/bedding uncomfortable. Will not be returning. However, if you are on a budget it gets the job done.

Great property

I loved my stay here. The staff is wonderful. Shout out to Misha, she went the extra mile to help me. Very comfortable and quiet. The gym is plenty adequate to get a work out. I will stay here again next time I visit family.

Got there they tried to put me in a room that was not like the room I requested when I booked it. It was on the backside of the hotel on any old building not any new building and the old building is like a motel that leaves to the outdoor when you open the room door and the room that We requested it when you open the door at Leeds to the inside of the hotel hallway, not the outdoor

Great location Recomend the Dinner about 1/2 a Mile away from hotel. We asked for pillows for the third pack traveling and they gave us the pillows without the pillowcases as they claimed not to have any. Breakfast if very light. Lots of bread and sweets. Beds very comfortable

Checkin was slow even though I completed the online checkin process. Staff was polite and courteous, but lacked friendliness and did not explain why the checkin took so long. The room could have been cleaner and in better repair. Housekeeping left just 2 packets of coffee -- I regular and 1 decaf. My husband and I both drink caffeinated. We won't be returning.
