They placed us under the club. It was soooo noisy. We didn't came to stay to rest and that didn't happen. There wasn't another place to move to. And I wasn't pleased with this outcome.

Our stay at Hotel Colee was amazing. The hotel is gorgeous and has great vibes. All the staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice however the bathrooms are small. The hotel provides valet parking for $50/day. They also had self parking that you can pay for $25/day. The self parking was a little difficult to navigate but hey I guess that’s what we get since we did not want to pay for valet service. Overall the experience at this hotel was great. Walking distance to Lenox and a very helpful staff. Would recommend.

The hot water heater wasn't working, i got in the shower before i realized that. I tried to call the front desks, but there was no answer. I had to put on my clothes and go downstairs to the lobby to complain. They did charge my room, but they should have checked on that before checking me in. Secondly, the elevator makes a lot of noise and vibrates, its scaring. I will not be returning back there
