Jones, the GM, was fantastic. He was noticeably busy but he did great to serve my family as we were coming from a long drive from SC. He also was considerate and friendly. Spoke to us normally and offered a smile the whole time. I also heard from another worker that he worked a double shift that afternoon and through to the next morning. He gave us a smile despite working over 15 hours. Please be generous and considerate when dealing with staff and also advocate for higher pay. I know it’s their job but he was left to cover two new hire’s shifts while leaving a wife and young child at home.

It’ll do for a night or two

The front desk was extremely nice and the location is conviennent. If you are just staying for a night or 2 this hotel will be fine but I do have some complaints. The pillows are insanely uncomfortable. They are flimsy and paper thin. I’ve seen better pillows on airplanes. The walls and floors are also extremely thin, and the rooms are generally very echo-y. You can hear everything happening above, beneath and beside you.

The girl working the Front Desk was amazing. Super friendly, and gave me recommendations on what to do in the area. Clean and Comfortable and in a safe area. I only stayed one night prior to flying out but, will definitely stay again.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, but they don’t clean the rooms daily. They claimed it was due to COVID policies, but it felt more like an excuse rather than a real concern for safety. It seems like a way to cut costs while still charging the same rates. If daily cleaning is important to you, be sure to check the hotel’s policy before booking.”

Need more help had to wait an hour

I waited at the front desk for an hour before someone came to see me. I had To call a number on the sticky note on the desk to get someone who was off today to call the worker who was at work
