Prior to arriving i couldnt get a response cia email, the expedia app. The person i spoke qith on the phone acted as if theydnever geard of aomeone extending their work stay foe a couple extra days and was unable to help me connect both stays in the system so i wouldnt have to change rooms. However, once i arrived - the on site staff was absolutely amazing. Friendly, knowledgable, always there, and responsive. The hotel.bar and restaurant were nice. The hotel was very clean. The only drawback is noise. Both from outside, on the streetaide it sounds like youre sitting in the stands at drag car races u til about 1am every night. Inside the hotel, every time someone lets thwir door slam shut, you hear it. Aside from the noise fclactors, id atay here again any time.

Due to the inconvenience of a VIP guest that check into the hotel on Saturday October 19th...the hotel front desk staff and management clearly forgot there where other guests staying at the hotel. No one wanted to answer the front desk phone, long holds. I was told that because of this VIP guest i would have to walk in the dark at 5am tp catch my Uber since they stop allowing anyone to drive up.to the hotel. All around lack of customer service for the other guests at this hotel.
