My room key did not work three times. I waited in line to get a new one and finally had to ask the staff to bring me one because my Party was waiting on me in the suite that I upgraded to on top of that the air conditioner did not work And we were hot all night long. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and this was the worst experience.

I would’ve given this hotel a 5 star rating if it wasn’t for 2 things. One is that they get you with the parking fees, we paid $27 for 2 hours and than another $40 for the rest of the night and let’s note that it’s very hard for you to park into the parking spaces. Also, the breakfast for room in service was not so good for the price. Eggs undercooks and the toast were cold and hard. The coffee taste like it has been sitting for a while. But other than that, the hotel was so nice, very clean. Very polite staff, nice accommodations, very nice ambiance. Just needs alil more work.

We enjoyed our stay at the Westin from the friendly check in to the check out. Our room on the 44th floor was wonderful. We had a better view from our room than the Ferris wheel. It’s close to many things - the stadiums, the park, museums, Coca-Cola, the aquarium and more.
