No carts for carrying luggage. There was no mention of restaurant being closed on Mondays prior to making reservations. It would have bee nice to have a normal sitdown breakfast and dinner while staying here. Rooms are not sound proofed as advertised, traffic noise was unbelievable even though we were on 12th floor. The Cleaning staff was Very noisy, use of two-way radios very annoying. We were moved to different floor to no avail, still the same problem. We could smell weed in the hallway. The pool water was cold, we had to inform front desk. The steam room sauna was not operational. There were lights out in pool area and shower area, never fixed. The pool had bugs on bottom. The elevator had chewing gum on the wall. The wifi cost $25 even though they say they would refund at check out. This was not what I expected for a 4 star hotel. The bath towels were like sand paper, very hard. The water pressure was low as well the temp was low. The tv kept going off and on no matter what channel was on. The entry door to our room was very hard to open, the handel would stick after the electronic keyless entry was activated. There was not even a complimentary coffee station.
