My new favorite place

Beautiful hotel, the decor is breathtaking. Marble floors. Check in was easy, staff was exceptionally pleasant. Rooms were spacious. Bed was a little firm. Hotel located in midtown, tons of restaurants around.

I would havve rate it excellent but I was expecting a room room with a balcony door that opens. The door was made to not open. This was very disappointing since that was the main reason i choose this hotel. It did not say any where that the doors did not open to the balcony. Other than that it was good place to stay.

I love the convenient location with proximity to the Fox theater. I've stayed here in the past however this time the guests next door to us blasted loud music, yelled and the chaos spilled out into the hall. The staff got them to quiet down the first night but since there were no consequences they did the same thing again after midnight when we were trying to sleep. They should have been asked to leave the first night as this is not known as a party hotel. We checked out at 1:30 am due to this issue. The partying guests basically ruined two nights of our three night stay and the property did nothing to resolve or compensate for it.

Loud group of guests 2 doors down, teenagers with no adult supervision, running in the hallway, laughing, screaming, talking loudly, slamming doors at 1am. Had to call the front desk about this. I couldn't get back to sleep for a couple of hours. Had a long drive ahead of me.

The hotel check in was so sweet to me and gave us a huge upgrade on our room. It was supposed to be standard and she gave us a whole apartment! It was right across the street from the Fox Theatre where our concert venue was. We ate at the Livingston hotel restaurant that was also excellent! We will definitely stay here anytime we go to The Fox!

Awesome Hotel

The place was nice and relaxing. The room was beautiful and spacious. The staff were wonderful and attentive. The only small issue was the noise coming from the room next to us, but overall it was nice. Also the tvs were a little outdated
