I love the historic feel of this grand hotel! At check-in I had exceptional service that was warm, welcoming, and most of all caring. I'd like to thank Thembela for her cheery personality and wonderful hospitality, GREAT customer service and reflection on this hotel. I booked this short getaway in December to tour Atlanta, experience popular restaurants, and attend the Cirque du Soleil performance at the historic Fox Theatre, which is directly across the street from this hotel. There are various restaurants within walking distance, a plus! The rooms are very spacious apartment style, most with kitchen and washer/dryer. Reasonably priced. I am very picky when it comes to hotels and staying away from home and had the best time, mostly because my stay was the best! I highly recommend and will definitely return with my family for the next stay!

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous and it could not be more centrally located! My only complaint is that the parking price is ridiculous, even for downtown Atlanta. I was also charged for valet parking even though I parked myself. Other than that, this was the perfect stay if you're looking to spend time in downtown Atlanta!

All rooms should have a mini fridge and/or microwave. It’s 2024 and this seems like a standard option in most hotels. Additionally, blankets should be available in the rooms instead of guests having to call the front desk for them.

The hotel on the main level is beautiful, it gives holiday movie look, the room on the other hand is a disappointment, it needed an upgrade from the stains on the rug to the chipped up furniture, the bathroom could use some attention around the seal as the water kept leaking out on to the floors.
