I had a reservation for a room with a kitchenet but they switched me to a room without one. No compensation. The room was clean but did not have proper lighting. the light fixture in the middle of the room did not work. I had to call and ask for hand soap as there were none provided. Paid $50 for valet. Complete chaos at pick up in the morning. Made me wait over ONE HOUR to get my car. There were at least another 15 people affected. Only one person at valet with a fully booked hotel!! Won't come back!

Great stay overall

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and comfortable. My only complaint is that the breakfast buffet was not refilled well, so we did not have enough to eat.

Room was marginally clean throughout, even a drop of what looked like blood on the bathroom floor. Patio door was haphazardly screwed shut, but not closed tight so wind noise and traffic noise was constant. One towel, no bath mat. Asked for more towels - NOTHING . Requested Room Service NOTHING Requested towels again NOTHING Finally on the last night of my stay I was given one extra towel.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. There were no towels or soap provided, and to make matters worse, I found a dirty sock left in my room. The lack of cleanliness and basic amenities made for an unpleasant experience. I will not be staying here again.

Not recommended for business stays

Check in time was 3:00PM and I was able to have my room at 8 PM. Housekeeping left the room with empty shampoo and body wash bottles in the shower. Coffee was present but without the filters for the brewer machine. The tableware was dirty as well as the floor carpet. Service at the bar was poor and very limited food selection: they didn’t have even ketchup to offer for the fries. Tables were dirty from the previous patrons. Breakfast was served as buffet but had limited options and although serving time ended at 9:30 am, many items, including coffee and juices were empty way before that time. Parking had the option of valet for $50.00 overnight or self at a public parking lot connected by a bridge to the hotel for $38.00 overnight. Location is totally isolated from shops and restaurants. Uber took an average of 20 minutes from the time of driver confirmation. Definitely not a recommended place to stay for business reasons. Price was reasonable but not worth the conditions and service offered by the structure.
