Very disorganized staff. The breakfast area was out of many things. Unclean areas. I had to go get more toilet paper upon arrival to my room because the room didnt have any. Rufe staff that were on their personal phones and ignoring costomers. I asked for a day bed for the room upon reservation but opon arrival it wasnt set up and didnt want to wait for the incompitany staff to bring it to me and my family. Also didn't have enough towels in the room.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Super convenient to the touristy places and the staff were all warm and nice. The hotel is clean and well managed. We’re glad we stayed here for our Atlanta trip!

The room had a strong, unpleasant odor that seemed to be absorbed into the walls and furniture. The bathroom was in a deplorable condition, with visible dirt in the toilet and shower, and a clear lack of cleanliness throughout. The water pressure was very low, making it difficult to have a proper shower. The maintenance of the place was clearly poor, and the facilities seemed to have received little to no care. The included breakfast was very limited, offering only bagels and cold sausages, with no fresh or healthy options. Additionally, they charge an extra $50 per day for parking, which adds an unexpected cost to your stay. Overall, the experience was extremely negative and not recommended.

Friendly staff, clean comfy rooms.
Everyone working here was so friendly. Especially valet parking and front desk. Room is beautiful and super clean. Would definitely stay here again! Right across the street from the aquarium.

Muy conveniente para los que van a visitar el Acuario. En la propiedad el valet es hasta las 2:00 pm así que si tus planes son después de desayunar que también lo incluye el hotel ir a visitar el Acuario puedes dejar el carro en el hotel aunque hayas hecho el check out .(no más de las 2:00 pm )
