The staff (night) at this hotel was horrible. She stayed on her phone couldn't get a proper response when we asked about towels n bedding. The room had old food left in it. However, it was very quiet and was conveniently located to shopping plazas n dining 6/10

The young lady we encountered was quite unwelcoming. She didn’t provide any guidance on how to reach our room or explain how to use the room key, leaving my boyfriend and I feeling lost, especially as first-time visitors. Unfortunately, I did not catch her name. This experience made for an unpleasant start to our stay.

I have been coming to this hotel for 22 years for my job even before it was a Sonesta. The decline is very evident in the property. Customer service is significantly declined. I had zero hot water for my showers for the two mornings. I was there. There is no complementary coffee in the lobby as there once was. I requested a coffee maker in my room, as I was told, this was my only option for complementary coffee. Three times I requested a coffee maker in my room and was told one would be provided and yet it never was. I had to purchase coffee in the gift shop and in the restaurant. Even budget hotels provide complementary coffee in their lobbies. It’s really sad to say how rundown and declining this hotel has become over the years. I definitely would not recommend it.
