Not impressed

The breakfast was bare minimum. The shower handle was broken and it took about 5 minutes of running the water before it would get warm, the sink wouldnt turn completely off and kept dripping, the remote didnt work for the tv. Defintely not a place id recommend or stay at again.

Cheap and Close

Though cheap and close to the airport, this isn't a very nice hotel. The staff isn't particularly friendly, a bunch of unpainted patching on the wall, several unworking things in the room, expired certification, and one day the lobby smelled of sewage

Room 213

The front desk person was rude and disrespectful. There was a misunderstanding with my check out he called screaming and yelling over the phone. I asked if I was able to book another night and he told me no. The hotel smelled like a pipe busted and sewer backed up. The bathrooms were filthy I had to bring my own bleach and disinfectant spray to clean the room and bathroom. There was mold in the shower and the carpet was filthy. After the horrible customer service the guy had the nerve to ask me will I extend my stay after telling me I can not extend and I had an hour to come and get my stuff. I spoke with some guy which I’m assuming was the wrong person. I will be contacting BBB and calling code enforcement. I will not recommend this hotel mainly due to the customer service but also the cleanliness of the hotel. FYI to the guy in the front don’t assume that just because someone is at your hotel for more than one night they are homeless.
