It was okay. The hotel was clean, the building was beautiful. Normally hotels have toothpaste in their room but they did not. I forgot my toothpaste I was hoping to get some from the hotel my room did not come with one. It's too expensive to not at least serve breakfast also they charged $100 incidentals per night which was not disclosed during booking. You have to be rich to stay at that hotel.

We had no bath towels or hand towels or extra roll of toilet paper. Called the desk at 5:45 to report this. At 9:00 that night, still no towels. So I went to the front desk to get towels and toilet paper and carried it to my room myself.

Prices in the restaurants in the hotel are over ridiculous, two hamburgers with fires and two drinks , was very pricey and the service was lacking and slow , the valet parking lost my car and kept me there another hour due to there inability to have a tangible process , no one knew what was going on with the process

The staff at the front desk, SIGNA club and the small market were absolutely amazing and gave me hope that customer service is still a priority in hospitality. The hotel was very busy and they maintained professionalism and made everyone feel valued. I would 10/10 x100 recommend staying if ever in Atlanta for an event in the area.
