We stayed overnight in the King Suite. Overall, it was excellent. The room was clean, the lighting was good, and the bed was very comfortable with very soft pillows. However, there was a bad smell in the room, so we had to use our air fresheners to eliminate it. Breakfast was great, and the staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Just okay!
The first room we were in had mold visible on the ceiling and it smelled of mold immediately when you walk in. We were moved to another room where the heat didn’t work so we froze until maintenance came to fix it. The shower and sink water had a strong chemical bleach smell which made me uncomfortable but I had to shower of course. Guest services was accommodating and I appreciated the free parking. I don’t think i’d ever go back to that hotel though because I usually travel with my young child and It’s a hassle when I have to switch rooms or deal with problems back to back.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton Suites, I travelled for a business meeting in Atlanta and the room just ticked all my boxes. A well organized reading area, mini kitchen, well spaced bedroom and living room. The complimentary breskfast also had a wide range of sweet options to choose from. Excellent service also!! I highly recommend it.

Everything was great except the lack of room service. Had to go to the bar to get food. Waited over an hour for the food and staff didn’t seem to care. Would rather be able to order room service and be in the comfort of my room If I have to wait an hour for the food.

Front desk staff are not friendly, but ignore that part because otherwise, I found this hotel to be a great stay! Location is close to the interstate, the mall and lots of places to eat. The rooms are updated, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good too!
