Had to travel from out of Florida due to hurricane Milton. We found this hotel and had a good experience. We especially LOVED breakfast and want to give a huge shout out to Raquel she was very sweet and caring and attended to our breakfast needs and more.

You can tell the property is old. There needs to be many upgrades and all new paint job. There are abandoned buildings around the hotel that gives it a feel of not being safe. However, it is in a convenient location for food, gas, groceries and highway access. Road access is annoying to get to the property fe the opposite side of the road. You have to pass the hotwl for a block or so to do a u-turn.

I had a terrible and most horrible stay ever. This hotel is not managed by professionals at all. I had flies in my room. TV was not working. Hair Dryer was not working. Ice vending machines on 2nd and 4th floor were not working and could only be fixed after 2 days as there maintenance guy does not show up on weekends. Very very dirty elevators. No matter you price your tariffs high or low, cleanliness is something you can’t compromise at all. In fact the Bathroom pot also choked up, so my stay was very very bad. Front desk people are also not great. The black guy with a beard at front desk told me that they would refund my stay and here I am after 2 months raising my concerns as there was no refunds too. Secondly best part was you start receiving texts as you check in to the hotel asking about any help that the guest wanted to seek out but the moment I raised my concerns, they stopped responding. That was hilarious. Basically this property is run by bunch of guys who are worst if professionalism is to be considered.

Had to request initial room move due to marijuana smoke odor in room. Also marijuana smoke in hallways. 2nd room's bathroom had TWO different types of hair (one was large clump of hair) in shower. Bathroom door didn't fit on frame and wouldn't close, TV channels freezing, spotty internet throughout night. Spend a little more and stay elsewhere!

The front desk person knocked on our door and woke us up at 1:20am because there might have been some non-functional TV in our room, or something. Whatever the reason, it was unappreciated. We couldn’t go back to sleep, so left about 45 minutes later to head to the airport.

The property did not do the pictures from the site any justice. The elevator was dirty, room felt sticky, toilet looked dirty, internet on the TV wasn't connecting, and hallways smelled of marijuana. Gentleman at the front desk was nice, however my husband and I only stayed for two hours before deciding to leave.
