Miserable Experience!
My husband and I stayed
overnight at the Radisson Hotel
Atlanta Airport. We checked in
on October 22nd and checked
out on October 23rd. We
purchased extended parking
with shuttle service to the
airport returning on October
25th. When we arrived the hotel staff was very nice. The hotel lobby and sitting areas were impressive but that's where it ended. Our bathroom shower and sink had mold, the linens were advertised are luxurious and they were old and worn. The mattress was old and worn. We were awake all night because we were so uncomfortable. The pillows were almost flat. I found a long black hair in the bed that wasn't mine considering that I have blonde hair. We made it to the airport on time but when we arrived back to the airport we waited for an hour on the shuttle to pick us up. I finally called the hotel and was told that they would have someone right out. When nobody still didn't show up a nice driver from the Hilton Inn offered us a ride. As soon as we we were in his van a Radisson Shuttle showed up and we were loaded into it. The driver had no explanation or apologies as to why we had such a long wait. We are very suspicious that the driver was intoxicated. He was driving very recklessly including pulling directly out into the path of a huge bus almost causing us our lives. It was a terrible experience.
