I had a flight in the early morning to go across the country to go home for the holidays and the pamphlet said show up a few minutes early for the shuttle so I showed up 10 minutes early to see that the shuttle had already left and I had to wait for the next one costing me an extra 1000$ in air fair 👎

The front desk staff were very rude. The room wasn’t clean. Elevator was slow and only one worked. I would not stay here again or recommend this location.

Cold in some hallways, no room service, however enjoyed the option to purchase breakfast or dinner daily. Full bar available. I didn't end up bed the shuttle but I saw it outside frequently. Not sure why parking would have been a fee. Parking lot was empty and I didn't see security.
