The room was gross and uncleaned. Dirty towels from previous people left in the closet. Behind the bed was filled with dead skin, old kleenex and who knows what else. The side tables had dirty gooey residue with hair in it. The couch was sunk in and looked filthy. When asked to have the room cleaned since I was staying for 3 nights which I should of just asked for a refund I was told NO because it was after 11am. They left my clean towels in a half wrapped bag outside of my door on the floor. The overflow parking is inconvenient and unsafe. A large gate separates you causing you to have to walk all the way to the road and up the hill with no security to help in the late hours of the night. Overall I was extremely dissatisfied with my stay and would never return and recommend others do not book. I felt like I needed to come home and wash all my clothes because I was fearful of bedbugs.

Great, comfortable stay
Very convenient location for access from the airport with a car. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, the furniture appeared new and there was bright modern lighting. Area felt safe and adjoining properties were well-lit. There is ample parking in the back of the front lot is full.

Terrible service.
As a family of 4, we booked a room with multiple beds. When we checked in, we were given a room with one double bed and told there was nothing else available. Desk staff did not care and we had to make quite a big fuss and suddenly a room with 2 double beds was available but they were really not happy about giving us this room. When we swapped, we had to go down and collect additional bedding as we realised there was also a sofa bed but they wouldn’t make this up and we had to do it ourselves if we wanted to use it. We had to make 2 more trips to reception for extra towels and pillows as too few were supplied. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were big. Very noisy from airplane noise which we had expected as it’s so close to the airport. The app says there is a shuttle bus but this is for the domestic terminal only. When we asked about this, staff didn’t even offer to order us a taxi, we sorted this ourselves and it was about $30 for 4 people. Would not recommend this hotel.

Disgusting
Photos on their website actually look alright, but it isn’t. TRUST ME!! I cannot recall staying in a worse hotel and I even booked a suite. Safe to say I will never be back.
