Terrible! Do not book here they are liars, I was booked for 25-26th and on my check in day I had a family emergency and was only able to check in the next day, I asked if I could get a refund for one night and they said their policy was no refunds, no issue I understand, the receptionist offered me an extra night to make up for my first missing night, normally I took it, the following day we went out to do activities, confident we’ll be staying that extra night, we left our stuff in the hotel, to our surprise we come back and our stuff?gone! When we talked to THE SAME RECEPTIONIST WHO OFFERED US THE EXTRA NIGHT he lied and said he never offered the extra night and our stay was over, we were very upset to be lied to in our face, we had to stay in our car since no other hotels we’re currently available.
