Inner rooms have a view to the inside of the building which is not the greatest. The rooms are very basic as is the showers. Would expect more at their price but overall everything was good.

The location was perfect to access the Mercedes Stadium but it's a nightmare leaving the place during the day if other events are taking place downstairs. The valet service is excellent, but the direct TV satellite for the remote was problematic; otherwise, the rooms were fresh and clean. Would stay again!

I liked the convenience of communicating via messaging system. Check-in was fairly easy. Check-out on the other hand, I thought would also be easy, but when trying to use the link sent to me via the messaging system, i received an error. Then went to physically check-out and was td the system was down. I was concerned because initially I thought we may check-out late but ended up not and I didn't want to get charged the additional fee. The other thing that was upsetting was after a six and a half to seven hour drive, after checking in we went to Top Draft to get something to eat. Granted it was a busy night due to a concert and some game that night, but the lady at the front counter was not pleasant. We waited 20 minutes to place an order to go after being told we probably wouldn't be able to get food before closing if waiting to be seated; so we agreed that we'd just place a to-go order. FIRST, after waiting for a while already, she then sat a couple down at a table who came in long after us. THEN when she was going to start taking to-go orders, she once again went straight to a small group who came in AFTER my girls and I did. I was livid! So we just left. That was probably the worst experience we had at that hotel. Everyone else was very nice though. Top Draft was definitely not worth the time!

Perfect spot for attending the Billie Eilish concert! So many great restaurants within walking distance and we loved the coffee shop inside the hotel. Centennial Park and the Aquarium are also next door. Perfect weekend. The hotel is beautiful and the staff was courteous and helpful!

It was ok, just older and needed some updating, elevator carpets rooms a bit dingy, rooms in north tower which is the older tower the balcony opens up to a lobby area and it’s loud, music and events day and night, luckily I had a sound machine to cancel out some of the noise, room service was good, had lots of towels/washcloths like most hotels do not, shower huge but shower head did not move to fill up the whole area, had to shower in one place and had poor water pressure. Parking is valet only, weird setup to get to hotel entrance kind of underground. I’ve stayed at many Omni’s and this was not up to their usual standards

ATL Omni not good service like the others
Stay was okay, vallet workers were very distracted. Not helpful and had to request help, not what $60 should get you.. I have stayed at Omni for years, always great experience. I frequent these hotels in many cities, Grove Park, Charleston, Hilton Head, Chicago, Boston, etc. Its been a few years since my last visit in Atlanta Omni, but will stay somewhere else my next visit. Also there was a charge to have wifi, that was ridiculous. Not what Omni does in other cities. The management needs to visit Omni in Chicago and see how to run a proper hotel.
