Favorite hotel in Atlanta

Just a top notch experience from top to bottom. The room is absolutely fabulous and the smell of the hotel is completely therapeutic. We had dinner at the Nobu restaurant and it was divine. Top notch experience at out favorite hotel in the city!

Trying hard but not worth it

There are a ton of positives, but this is not a 5-star experience and not worth the splurge (unless they're running super inexpensive deals) The building is new. The staff is SUPER friendly but they have their challenges. The beds aren't very comfortable. Its clean. There were noises outside the room all night that made me feel unsafe. You go to get coffee and there is no sign by the creamer indicating what kind of creamer it is - wild. When you check in you're told there is a happy hour at the restuarant only to get there and realize its not a happy hour - its just an open bar. I could go on and on but it just shows lack of understanding what a 5-star or even a 4-star experience looks like. I'm certain it will get better.

Service at the hotel was good, especially the Porsche driver. We did have an issue with our mini-fridge not working and also the shower made an annoying squealing sound. Other than that, the room and hotel was very nice. Great area to stay in with lots of good restaurants nearby.
