Excellent customer service from the airport shuttle to the front desk and extremely comfortable room. It’s an airport hotel so the local scenery is what you would expect. There’s a cool rooftop bar area where you can watch airplanes take off and land which I love. Very nice dinner in the restaurant and a super night’s sleep.

Not free break fast as stated!

I had add "free breakfast" to my booking. At check out, I was then told it only covered $50 per day and not free as mentioned on their website. I stayed 4 nights and they charged me full price for my breakfast. After a lot back and forth, they credited me $161 however I should be covered for $200 based on the $50 per day. Instead of explaining to me how they came up with that amount, they hung up and blocked my number.

There was soil linens on bed. It was taken very lightly. They did change the room nonetheless but housekeeping didn’t even come to clean new room. You would think that after such encounter, they would ensure the stay is better. I was really disappointed. The lady the following day said she would take a night off from parking as if my issue was parking. It was the soiled linens. I asked them to come up and see bur nope, never happened. Expected better. The staff was pleasant and the hotel seemed cleaned so perhaps it was just my room.
