We went on a family trip and we loved the hotel, clean, quiet and good customer service. I really recommend it. I usually leave hotels at dawn because I am very allergic, but here I slept happily in their comfortable blankets. BUT it is not close to tourist attractions). If you do not have a car and you are going on vacation, it would not be the best option.

Great Stay
After a long day of travel, it was nice to stay in a hotel that was not only clean but the service was excellent. Had a great meal at the restaurant with excellent staff.

We have stayed here before and returned for our anniversary. The room we stayed in could have used a little TLC. The dresser where the tv sits was peeling really bad. The fridge was a little worn and unbalanced. We had to do a little sprucing of the lamps and nightstands with sanitizing wipes but overall the room was nice as usual and the stay was nice and quiet. We will definitely return.

The hotel is decent—nothing extraordinary, but nice overall. However, the breakfast was excellent, definitely the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, we experienced several issues. First, we booked a room for five people, but upon arrival, there were only two beds. They didn’t provide an extra mattress or an additional room. The only thing they could do was give us extra pillows and comforters so we could create a makeshift bed on the floor. Second, our reservation included free breakfast, but they tried to charge us for it. We had to show our booking and explain. They then said the free breakfast was only for two people, and we had to insist to have it honored for everyone as per the reservation. Lastly, they charged us for parking even though we didn’t use it. Now we’re waiting for a refund to be processed. The staff was polite, but these issues made the stay more stressful than it should have been.

Omg the best full on breakfast menu especially the well seasoned braised / sautéed Potatoes I ever had at major hotel.
