On the last night of my stay, several items from my room were taken. When I reported this to hotel security, the supervisor was placing blame on us with excuses that made no sense. His job is to protect the hotel and he's doing that by deflecting and blaming the victim. The police were worse. Since when do any department don't take a report on felony theft.

Don't order from Sway restaurant!!
It was an ok stay. I don't agree with charging guest that actually reserved a room $60-$65 park valet. Also I order room service from the restaurant SWAY there at the hotel. They falsed advertised the beverage that they had. They said that they sell Tropicana Orange juice when its actually Floridas Natural brand. And they basically serve me half raw pork chop. I kept calling down there & no one answers the phone. Not even the front desk personnel of the hotel. Eventually i was just going to walk down & file complaint. But the server was down the hall, i gave the items back & told her if they can redo it. Instead tthey basically throw the same pork chop on the grill & send it back up with cold potatoes. And they closed by the time i got it back. So i was unable to speak with any manager or supervisor from Sway restaurant. Highly upset about that, never gotten a refund for the orange juice that i didnt even open or drink. So I DO NOT recommend any eat/order from there.

The room was comfy and spacious with a BALCONY and fantastic view. We used to stay at the Atlanta Hilton but no more. The Hyatt Regency Atlanta is far better!

The staff at this hotel refuse to help guests. They still act as if we are in the Covid era which is ridiculous. I’ve been a fan of Hyatt, the entire staff doesn’t act like Hyatt employees. The room service still delivers food like it’s a fast food joint, and there’s hidden fees, then the bell staff only help people with fancy cars. Be ready to be stuck in traffic when trying to get to the hotel. It turns into a night club on the weekends. It’s just the tackiest Hyatt I’ve ever stayed. Hyatt used to be about going above and beyond for your guests. Not this location, it’s just so sad
