The Hyatt Regency has an 8.8 rating; where and what deemed this establishment an 8.8? During check-in, the concierge claimed the card reader wasn't working again and had to do something to get it working. The room was very basic. The room's upkeep was okay, as the shower gel in the bathroom was empty. There is no fan in the bathroom, so it's challenging to get ready there. I will never stay at this hotel, nor will I recommend It could benefit from some lobby and room upgrades. As Nene Leakes said, “the ghetto.”

Short sweet stay
The bedding was amazing and for how loud and busy the lobby is you don’t hear anything once you’re in your room. Nice bar and restaurant downstairs. Valet is a little pricey but for convenience it’s worth it.

Friendly people made my stay like I never left home with full service with the luggage and parking your vehicle. Mall connected to hotel and roof top restaurant in hotel. Plus two other restaurants one being serving breakfast and a sandwich shop being lite food.
