Couple of things I didn’t like; 1st the check in clerk was out of her desk for an extended time and there was a line when I tried to check in. 2nd I was charged an extra $50, I still don’t know why, even though I had already paid for the full amount. I was under the impression those charges were going to drop, maybe like a security deposit of some sorts, but it never did.

It was quiet. The room layout was nice. The bed was cozy. There were some bumps with the room missing a coffee pot and a hair dryer when we arrived, assuming because of the recent shuffling with remodeling .

Not a good experience

At the check in all was good until I went to my room and the room was already given to someone else, surprised to see a laptop, iPad clothing laying there in the opening, went to the front desk to report it, to send someone immediately to check if someone was there because the tv was on and no one responded to my call. As the front desk that was totally unacceptable and to give me a discount , she said that they will take care. And they never did, when I checked out the other lady in the front desk said that was nothing they could do. Also room was not clean found mold on the toilet seat, disgusting.

The room was really nice and clean. No microwave in the room. I had to go downstairs to warm up my food. The bath was clean, but the shower liner had mold on it. Parking was convenient. Breakfast was decent, no waffle maker. I loved the noon checkout. Overall stay was great!

We were in room 518 and had to get another room due to ants so they moved us to room 521 and this morning we found a baby roach and another bug in the bathroom. Seems like they need to bomb the place of these bugs 😫😫😫
