A Great Atlanta Experience!
We got in a bit early and staff worked with us to allow us to check in earlier then planned. Staff was friendly and helpful and gave great tips for our vacation. The Valet service was also amazing and the workers were very friendly and attentive. If we come to Atlanta again we will for sure be staying at Hyatt!

I had a really good stay here. The staff were very courteous and friendly. They really made it a very welcoming experience. The room was nice and very spacious as well. The hotel’s location is very close to lots of restaurants so I was able to walk to them. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I go to ATL.

I checked in for my two night stay and used Apple Pay for the deposit required by the property at the front desk. The following night I went down to the front desk to check in for an additional night I had already paid for online. The woman was rude told me I was not able to use apply pay even though I had done so the previous day in my original check in. She told me I would have to cancel my already paid extension because she refused to accommodate an already existing guest. On my way out that same manager told me I was going to have to pay for parking since I extended my stay by one night and the parking permit for the first two nights had already expired. What she conveniently left until the last second is that she could simply ask the valet attendant to use the employee card to open the gate. Which she did anyway. Poor, poor, customer service. Clearly doesn’t appreciate out of state guest.

Great hotel with a happy hour every weeknight. Has a circular driveway that makes it easy for uber pick up/ drop off. Hotel was quiet, comfortable and clean. Didn’t hear much noise despite being in the middle of the city and I’m a super light sleeper. Enjoyed my stay!

Pros: Great location - short walk to Piedmont park and Restaurants Great indoor pool Valet staff is great Price Cons: Parking - on the 7th floor of adjacent parking deck. Normally 9th but under repairs Beds - stiff, terrible pillows. Check In - could not check in at 3:50. Made us wait until 4:05 to check in. Latest I’ve ever had to check in at hotel

Front desk and valet staff were exceptional. Such great, friendly, attentive service. Minor thing, but I would've liked a nightstand/table beside the side of the bed closest to the window. The setup between the two beds was great, but I was sleeping closest to the window and I didn't have a great option for lighting, recharging, a glass of water, etc.
