This was our first time staying at this hotel and we were impressed the cleanliness, updated and modern style rooms and hotel lobby, staff was friendly, we only stayed overnight due to catching an early flight the next morning. We definitely recommended this hotel!

The shuttle from the airport gets so crowded, as it is for more than five hotels. I thus missed that. But, I caught the shuttle to the airport. The room's floor wasn't perfectly cleaned, making it unpleasant to walk barefoot. The TV's remote control had low battery. Overall, the stay was good but more expensive than worth it.

Need better shuttle service

The issue was the hotel shuttle from ATL. The shuttle serviced six different hotels and sat only 12 people. So of course not everyone could make it on the shuttle when it came around (which was supposed to be every 30 minutes, but was longer than that). I didn't make it to my room until midnight, and I landed at 9:30pm.

First of all I came in to bury my father and I traveled for hours to get to Atl. I called prior to coming ask about 150 deposit and the atated it would be $50. Get there the man whom checked me in was rude not onlybto me but to the gentleman that checked in before me. But overall the stay was good but I want be coming back there.
