This property is very clean, organized, artsy. I enjoy my stay but be sure to check your room charges for they will add on things to your stay that you didn’t order. This was my experience and while most of it was rectify I did not receive a follow up call regarding the miscellaneous charges such as breakfast being added when I did not order breakfast during my stay. Aside from human error, this place is lovely, clean, and the staff was friendly.

The property was very well maintained and the front desk service was exceptional. The lobby/bar/lounge area was great for the weekend because I didn’t have to go far for a lounge atmosphere. This hotel has uniques features, is beautifully designed, and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this hotel to future travelers.

I will never stay at this hotel again. At 2am we were woken up by an alarm announcing there was an investigation going on in the hotel. This alert happened another 3 times. We couldn’t sleep for fear of an emergency. There was no offer of explanation. It truly dampened our trip.

Staff was great, the on-site and neighborhood dining options were great, the hotel was nice and modern in decor, and the live DJ on Friday and Saturday nights presented a whole vibe that I enjoyed. The room was fine, I would stay again because of the other items noted above, however, the rooms are in need of an upgrade. The TV didn't allow for screen sharing nor did it have streaming service options built in (ie Netflix, Prime, etc). Also, the shower was challenging to operate because the knob was loose and wouldn't stay in place so that I could get a full-pressure shower. But the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
