The parking fee for their garage seemed overpriced at $69 per day. However, the room was very bright and inviting and the air conditioner worked wonderfully. Very convenient location to walk to Piedmont park, midtown neighborhood, bars and restaurants.

Bathroom door doesn’t close all the way. Awkward. It’s not just my room, my cousins room also didn’t have a fully closing bathroom. Walls are so thin you can hear your neighbor flush. Otherwise the hotel experience was great.

We arrived and check in was very simple. The rooms had amazing views and were wonderful. The staff was super responsive to our needs and we greatly appreciated Curt who worked during the breakfast hours and was friendly and truly cared about providing the best service for us. We continously saw him working hard to ensure each glass was perfect with no smudges and all the napkins were folded perfectly. We ate and had drinks the first night at the bar/restaurant across from the desk . The food was wonderful but the drinks were poor as there was way to much lime vs mint in a mojito and the midori sours had way to much sour in them. Other than the drinks at that bar the politan row had a wonderful selection of food, an amazing bar and easy access from the hotel.

For the amount of money I spent I just expected a bit better service. The valet was in a compete tizzy when I arrived (there was a wedding there) after an 8 hour drive it was wildly stressful. Also didn’t expect to pay $75 a night for valet. The location was pretty good I will say.

The room wasn’t ready until after 6, leaving us little time to dress for a wedding. They said they’d comp breakfast, and didn’t. When I pointed this out they didn’t believe me. They finally comped me and my wife, but not my grown children. The food was delicious, but there was only 1 egg dish as the main course The bathroom needed a plunger. It was quickly addressed. And most of the staff were very cordial

We couldn't get over how accessible this place was to everything!! It didn't feel like we were in the city because the park was right next to the hotel! The staff was friendly, hotel was safe and clean. Highly recommend staying here and will be returning to this hotel when staying in Atlanta!

Beautiful hotel in heart of Midtown. Cool lobby with bar, coffee shop and restaurant. Our room was spacious and clean. Venice at the front desk was exceptional! Would stay again!

It's my first time at this property and guest room 708 could use upgrades. The bathroom lavatory had a crack across the bowl's width. The toilet, which was the commercial type with an exposed flush valve, had black stains at the bottom of the bowl. There are cracks at the bottom of the farm door that separates the bathroom from the entry. The staff was friendly and attentive. Excellent location next to Colony Square.

This was such an amazing hotel! All of the staff we spoke to was friendly, helpful, and caring. The valet team was especially wonderful and genuine during each interaction. The location is ideal and close to all things Atlanta. Getting to hot spots like Top Golf and Atlantic Station was easy. Piedmont Park is just down the street and there are about a million restaurant and bars within a 1 block radius. The only amenity I felt left something to be desired was the pool. It was pretty cold even with the outside temperature in the 90s. I had to get out because the water was just too cold for me. Whether you’re visiting Atlanta for the first time or are a returning visitor, this is where you want to stay!
