The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable, and great location. Only downside was parking was expensive $69 per night. There is a public parking garage next door that is $30 per day. Also tried the breakfast buffet that was overpriced for what they had to offer.

The property looks great in pictures and even the lobby and first floor looks and smells exceptional; however, when you get to the rooms, the cracks (literally) begin to show. The rooms smell old, probably due to carpet and cloth shower curtains. There are cracks in the walls, the ugly gray wall paper is coming off of the walls, and my sink was clogged. I felt fooled by the ambiance of first floor. Additionally, valet parking is $70 a night!!! The Forth Hotel (rightfully a 4 or 4 star hotel) only charges $50/night for valet! What gives? I wouldn’t recommend this if you’re looking for a luxury hotel. It’s a facade.

Amazing view and full wall windows. The bed oriented towards the window was refreshing and made it feel more like an apartment than a hotel room. The stool at the entrance is always a nice touch. The dimming lights were nice, too.

Very nice looking hotel rooms were good but a little noisy at night from surrounding rooms. Parking is way too expensive at over 75.00 a night ! Breakfast buffet for two people is 86.00 on Saturday which was very lackluster taste and temperature wise wasn’t hot it was room temperature. After extras the room wasn’t a good value.

I was not overly impressed with the Hilton Curio Starling. It was a very nice hotel, but not like other Hilton Curio properties. It was dark and low dimmed lighting. Lots of construction next door. Bar & Restaurant were beautiful and casual, food was good. Atlanta has a young vibe mix. This hotel needs music in the rooms as well as in common areas. I miss room service Maybe that is a post covid thing? Food was good but “delivered” from downstairs kitchen in bags and took an hour or more.

The communication with the staff and management were all horrible. The valet service process was horrible. This property is in a great area but they need to hire employees that care to provide excellent customer service. I was there to celebrate a Birthday and host events and I’m still awaiting a call to finalize things which the party was a week ago . Also, the cost to valet in the hotel is ridiculous.

The hotel is comfortable and well placed for the Midtown area. However we were over charged without our authorisation in addition to the balance presented to us on departure. We have messaged to hotel with no response. A very disappointing outcome as this was our first visit to Atlanta and to this hotel. We hope the hotel would resolve this issue
