Terribly under staffed, although those working were courteous. This was our second stay and we were very disappointed. Hallway carpeting had debris all over, never vacuumed during our 2 day stay. In our king suite, two of the bed pillows had pillowcases too short leaving 6” exposed. In restaurant this morning for breakfast, we waited almost an hour for coffee and water and it was over 2 hours before we were served. This will be our last visit.

Hallways smelled of weed. Shower dirty upon arrival. Shower had minimal water pressure and coverage. Very noisy in common areas. Could hear noise from other rooms due to walls being paper thin, led to a poor nights rest.

Charges??? no invoice emailed as promised.

How is it that I am charged,I pay, charged for incidentals, I pay, then the hotel Over charges me by $61.32 I call from my room to discuss etc. I go to the front desk to discuss etc. I am told and front desk appologises on the error, wil rectify and have a recipt of my stay emailed to confirm etc? I am still waiting. I received a receipt fort he two waters purchased. This is not good, and sours the stay!!!!

Amazing hotel with the friendliest staff!!

This is the place to stay! The staff was super friendly, the bar tender was amazing, the shuttle driver was amazing! Hands down an amazing stay! The rooms are clean and the service is amazing.

Nearly two hours in lobby before check in

Arrived and the lobby was filled with grumpy travelers. None of the rooms were ready at 3:00. The staff that was there did an amazing job trying to solve problems and get things going!!! But what ever happened to cause the delay should have had a plan. We were told that the dryers broke and could not get the bedding back on the beds and towels dry. If that was the issue then having enough bedding and linens on hand would have solved the issue. If it was a lack of staff then that issue needs to be addressed. Once again, thank you the folks that were there were amazing. All helping each other and solving problems. Plus the balcony door wouldn't open but I knew how to get the door back on the track. But that should have been fixed before the room was released.

This property had a sign on the side door that the fire alarm was not working and we were not notified upon arriving. I feel the property should give you the option to stay if you feel safe. There was no staff to help the front desk lady get us towels we waited 20 mins. The property does not have an elevator for the side I was on had to bring luggage down stairs.

This property is beautiful and everything was super clean and new. Check in, however, was terrible. Stood in line for 30-45 minutes and the front staff never communicated anything to us, almost acted like none of us that were waiting were even there (there was like 8-10 people in line). Then, when the gentleman in front of me finally got someone to talk to him, we could not be checked in until after 5 pm (checkin should have been 3 pm). Did not explain why. Check out was also poor, stood there and just acted like I did not exist. Same lady for both. Great rooms, terrible service. Feel like the ones of us that could not check in for several hours should be compensated a little.

Little issues

Staff was super friendly. Hot tub was out of service which was not advertised and was one of the main reasons we booked. Ac didnt get to the temp we set it to. It kept staying at 72 and jumped up to 74 on our last day and we were hot.
