Nice hotel overall. But once again, this hotel advertises a hot tub, they have one outside beside the pool but it was closed. Once again another hotel isn’t forthcoming with their amenities. We would have booked somewhere that had an operational hot tub had we’d known this one was closed

Second stay at the property. Great location for us visiting family. Unfortunately on this stay, due to construction next door, the hot water boiler was down and we couldn’t take showers. But all together, we love the property. Thank you.

The hotel is amazing. Staff is super friendly. Hotel is super clean. Room is spacious. The only downfall is that the restaurant downstairs stopped service at around 8 or 830 even though it says it's supposed to be open until 10. That's the only issue i had during the stay.

Unable to change booking dates…
Unfortunately the hotel would not assist me in getting my booking dates changed to next month. I was redirected to two other websites that also did not provide any assistance. My reservation went on without me. I never checked in nor did I physically go to the hotel as I live 2 hours away. No one from the hotel reached out or sent any kind of email, phone call or message showing concern. Now the booking is complete and the dates cannot be changed. I do not recommend the customer service I received during this experience to anyone. They made me feel like they were taking care of my issue but never provided any follow up information or anything at all. ALWAYS TAKE SCREENSHOTS ON YOUR PHONE/ TABLET/ IPAD whatever you have..I promise you will need them for proof/ reference.

Overall the property was good. The room was generally clean. I found the bed to run hot and it sloped so my back hurt in the morning. Because it ran hot I had the AC running but that often clicked pretty loud at night. Good shower and size of room. The treadmills didn't work in the gym and they offered us a credit for food and beverage. It was a bummer that during Saturday the restaurant was closed in the middle of the day because we couldn't watch college football and grab a beer - that would have been nice.
