I like the cleanliness of the property, the staff was very professional and helpful 🙂. I did not like the parking situation, there was not a safe place to park, so we the service that was available which cost $45 per night and I think that was to expensive and it wasn't on the Internet so that people would know ahead of arriving to your property

stay was good, all service in kitchen and breakfast was great, the person there was excelletnt and frindly, front desk was not nice, I call because i was overcharged with valet parking that I didnt use, and the person responding at front desk was not friendly at all.

Perfect spot for the Tabernacle
This is the perfect hotel for a show at the Tabernacle. So close and *safe enough* to make the walk at night. The gentleman who checked us in was an absolute doll (I think his name was Tim!) So friendly and accommodating. He made sure my reservation was linked to my Hilton account, and I got my snacks. My ONLY complaint was that the rooftop deck was closed, which was a MAJOR reason I chose this hotel. We wanted to be able to dip out there for a smoke instead of standing on the street being accosted by the homeless, which happened almost every time we went out. If a part of the hotel is going to be closed, that's the kind of thing guests should be told ahead of time in order to make adjustments to expectations, if not accommodations. All things considered, and assuming the rooftop deck is open, I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Our suite was SUPER nice.

Great room and the shower was wonderful! Only issue we had was that the bathroom light was flickering horribly so we were unable to use which made getting ready difficult. Reported the issue and were told someone would look into, however, no one addressed during our overnight stay.

All hands on deck: Check!
Zella and Dexter in the kitchen were so welcoming and the breakfast was delicious. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The valet (even though it was third party) was also very helpful.
