Disappointed in the delay in checking in. There were no rooms clean and released for check in until ~3:20. Hotel fully booked night before, and I assume a shortage of cleaning staff so I understand. Experience was frustrating.

They stay was fine. The problem was two-fold: First - there needs to be a direct line to the hotel on the Hotels.com reservation document/file and second - there needs to be someone at the hotel desk, especially during busy checkout times.

The hotel was clean and quiet. No issues with that. The exterior window let in too much light and we didn't care for the sliding barn door for the bathroom. The bathroom was nice and the shower was excellent.

Great Stay

Check-in was simple and easy. The hotel was clean and contained updated features. The room was clean, comfortable bedding, and great amenities (I.e microwave, Keurig and refrigerator). Breakfast provided several food options s d the food was hot and tasteful. Overall, the stay was pleasant.
