I travel almost every alternate week of the year for business. So, I experience different level of service. Without exception, this trip has been the most awful service experience in some time. The attitude of all employees encountered was unacceptably terrible. Starting from check in all the way to the checkout were combative and insulting. You guys failed in every step of the way. Good Hotel - Would stay again

Overall it is a very good hotel. Nice, clean and comfortable. Nice bed and pillows. Friendly staff. Bathtub could be a little bit cleaner, but nothing too bad.

Very pleased.

I booked this hotel last minute after a disappointing experience with La Quinta. The woman working at the front desk ensured me that my stay here would be much more pleasant and she was right! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were great. I will definitely be back here again.

Great stay! Had to extend my stay and staff were glad to help me stay within the same room and took care of other details. Room itself was fairly clean, and room service was once per day. Few minor things: Shower curtain magnets were not in the best condition, and air blew curtain away so it caused the floor to get wet. Had to dry the floor myself with towels. One of the outlets were not working correctly, I had to angle the charger cube a bit for it to work. Room felt a bit stuffy upon entering, but went away as air was flowing into it again. One thing that pleasantly surprised me were the Dove body wash and other hygiene products in the bathroom. Also the hotel offered for any spare items missing such as razors, shaving cream, dental products, etc.. which is something I haven't seen in other hotels! Definitely added points for that. Overall, nice and pleasant stay. Nice area since it's around Perimeter mall. Breakfast staples were good, and enjoyed it daily. I would stay here again in the future. Thank you.

Great Staff in our time of need

We had family coming from Ohio because my husband was having a major surgery and we wanted to be close to the hospital. We had to extend our stay because my husband had complications. The staff was so gracious and caring and I didn’t realize how much I needed their calming presence. It was such a blessing to have a clean place to sleep, shower and a good breakfast before going to the hospital each day.

Good enough

Overall it was good, however the latch on the door was falling off and the tub wouldn't drain while I was in the shower. The customer service was excellent.
