The air in the bedroom didn’t work only blew out heat and the tv didn’t work. There was bugs in the room. The office was contacted and management was supposed to come up to the room in the morning but didn’t . Asked for a manager during checkout and they were conveniently not available.

My stay was fairly normal. I had no issues checking in and out with the hotel and the complementary breakfast was very good. The rooms were simple, I had no problems in mine, however I overheard several other guests having issues in their rooms the entire time. One guest’s toilet was broken for 2 days and no one came to fix it after she called several times. Another guest had lost complete power in her room for 24 hours, and again no one went up to help or even offer to change her room. She eventually was very upset in the lobby asking for a refund. I felt bad for these guests, as I had no issues the whole time. Basically, it was a well and normal stay for me but not for others. So if you do stay here, you might get one or the other.

The room was small but comfortable. My only complaint is that the toilet leaked and.the bathroom didn’t have a proper curtain or shade in the bathroom window. The customer service of Alex Payne and Jennifer Gentile were excellent in helping me with this issue.

Upon arrival, after booking in advance, I had to pay an additional $100 and they didn’t accept my card so I had to find a way to pay it. There is no designated parking but they have valet service for $40 a night plus the price of parking. If you don’t use valet you have to park around the corner in a parking garage and walk back to the hotel. During my stay I spent $56 dollars a day for parking. I don’t recommend staying here unless you have it to spend.

Great location near everything in the most central part of city. Plenty of things to do within a couple blocks. Very clean rooms and area for a city. Parking garage (very secured) next door made us feel comfortable about our vehicle being left there. Staff was friendly and helpful. It’s easy to get a little confused with the layout of the floors, but still a great stay. I personally wished I had a tub (instead of just shower) to relax in especially after a lot of walking. Definitely worth staying there again though for the price offered compared to many other places nearby. Also, the Westin Plaza is a very nice (expensive) hotel and is next door and it was cool to go check it out and eat at their cafe!

My stay was okay however a light fixture fell from the ceiling while I was getting breakfast and it almost hit me on the head. I'm so thankful it didn't. Also, the first night our tub water wasn't going down but someone came right over and fixedt it.
