Location! This hotel is super convenient in every way. Easy access to Marta Train, Centennial Park, Georgia Aquarium and Coca Cola World. Clean Facilities. Awesome Daily Breakfast and Clean Rooms. Will visit again.

As I checked in, I saw the valet back someones truck into a car that was parked on the sidewalk!!! It appeared the valet driver was under the influence of drugs. After he hopped out to make sure nobody saw what he did, He proceeded to park the car and continue as if nothing happened. The next morning I looked out of the hotel room and saw that same car getting a parking ticket in the street where he parked it. I flew in during my stay and took public transit. If I were to have taken a car, This trip would have been a nightmare. Hotel charged me a $100 Deposit on top of Expedia charges. Have yet to receive it after my stay is over. Area of town was sketchy. Homeless people in the parking garage yanking on door handles of cars.

The staff were awesome. Efficient, prompt and friendly. However the room was much smaller than stated. Bathroom had no ventilation. The toilet was running the whole time and it was obnoxiously loud. We called and unfortunately maintenance was gone for the night. The front desk staff tried to fix it but was unable to.

Website stated a $50 incidental fee but it ended up being $100, just a heads up. Parking unavailable for this property despite being told it was available, but instead there is a $40 valet service which I was unaware of until I arrived. I ended up parking around the corner in a parking garage as I didn't want anyone driving my car. Upon arrival I parked on the street for approximately 5 minutes to bring in my luggage and got hit with a $35 parking ticket, so don't park across the street without paying, even for one minute. Complementary breakfast was good, their biscuits are really nice. Room was very clean and staff was nice. I was within comfortable walking distance of the state farm arena which was the main reason I booked here. I won't be booking here again because of the parking issue and the surrounding area is a little sketchy. I also don't appreciate the incidental hold being higher than stated online.

Our fridge didn't work, our phone didn't work. We told the front desk but they only stated "will let maintenance know" No offer to move rooms or make it better in any way. The food we brought requires refrigeration so we lost it all and had to spend extra money. The beds are comfortable but the rooms are so small it's hard to maneuver.
