That one time when I was Guest of the Day!

After spending three nights near downtown Atlanta, I booked my last night here to be closer to the airport for my flight the next day. I walked in and saw my name on a small chalkboard at the front desk... "Guest of the Day". I was able to check-in early and received a welcome gift bag. It was totally by random selection they said. I was blown away. I enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, and had a nice dinner at the Burger Place. Thank you!

Spend the money and stay elsewhere

The nicest part of the hotel is the lobby. Our room had stains on the sheets and stains on the curtains. By the looks of it they’re way overdo for a remodel on the rooms. The shuttle driver from the airport was the best though. The one in the morning was not helpful whatsoever

Quiet area, parking close to the property, the burger place connected to the property was great, and friendly courteous staff. The bed was sooooo comfortable!

Disappointed in this hotel.

This hotel looked very nice on the outside. Even the hotel lobby was very nice. However there were several other things that were definitely not great. The room was stated to be 356 sq. feet which is a pretty good size room, however the rooms we got were very small. One side of one of the queen beds you could barely even walk by to get in bed. The floors (carpet) were pretty dirty. The bathroom ceiling over the shower had mold and looked bubbled up like there was a leak above our room. The sheets felt like they had sand or possibly laundry powder. We also saw a bug crawling near the ceiling. The laundry facilities were out of order. The receptionist told us to use one side of the elevators because the other one was having problems. All the ice machines were out of order except the 5th and 6th floor. Just seems like there was alot of improvements that needed made. The airport shuttle was very prompt and picked us up right before 4:30am.

This was very convenient in relation to the Atlanta airport. I was there on an unplanned stay due to flight cancellation. The staff were so kind and helpful to make sure i had everything i needed since i didn't have my luggage.

Wonderful check-in

I waited 30 minutes at the airport for the shuttle, that never showed. Check-in was wonderful and the room was nice and clean. Upon leaving, I got stuck in the elevator as the doors did not open once arriving to the 1st floor. After a few attempts of using my card to go back up, the doors opened. Not the best experience but not the worst.

Nice spot to lay up for a flight!

Short over-night stay for flight. Very close to rental car return. Shuttle to airport is offered, but only to one location (the South terminal/Delta), so you'll have to walk a bit to get to other airlines. Hotel is in cul de sac with other mid range hotels. There is a restaurant on site, but I didn't eat. You could drop your rental and take the hotel shuttle back to hotel then use shuttle when its closer to the flight time. Do not venture far from hotel for gas or food, the area away from it is a demilitarized zone

The staff were friendly, courteous, and professional. Hotel quiet up until the smoke alarm started going off, which made me very nervous and unable to sleep. Afraid something was going on. I did call and they reassured me that it was just a glitch, but I was a bit stress.
