The location was great as to what I was needing, the room was clean just could of been cleaner, parking isn’t the best when you require accessible parking and all of it was gone so I had to park in a parking deck area and walk all the way down but other than that overall great stay.

A lot of little things added up. Didnt get the room type I reserved even after checking in a few hours after check in time. Parking is up on a hill about 200-400 yards away. Make sure to get your luggage from your car by the hotel first. Our room had a loud HVAC unit in it. A false smoke alarm went off at night which was unfortunate and hard to fall asleep afterwards. Smaller items sich as running toilet, no tissues left in the tissue container and had decaf coffee only in the room which I had to go downstairs and ask for some normal coffee.

The staff was friendly and respectful. Our room was located on a floor that smelled of marijuana as soon as we stepped off the elevator. As an asthmatic, rooms should be vetted for non smokers. Also on the same visit a huge dog was with a traveler. How are you making areas/rooms safe for those with breathing concerns and allergies. Our room faced the highway, it was a noisy experience.
