Not a pleasant experience. The staff was super pleasant, but I ended up booking another property next door because of the noise, the other kinds of people staying at the property and overall feel of the property. I was harassed by what I think was a transient woman when I pulled up. The staff did call police to handle her, which was great. Also, the other visitors were not the best of characters. Unfortunately, I would not stay at this location again.

Check in was horrible as I was assigned a room that has another occupant in it. After staying 2 night and due to my flight cancellation to Florida because of the hurricane they will not accommodate me to stay 2 more nights. They offered to check me out first and I was forced to rebook the only available room (suite) for more money than acceptable! I spent one night and found another hotel for 2 additional day at much reasonable price and better price and service. Very disappointed with this hotel to say the least! Will not ask my employer to book me there again!

Reception was very friendly. Our room was spacious and clean. The hotel is nicely appointed which was a nice change to most hotels these days. The restaurant was open for dinner and breakfast which was a huge plus for us. Unfortunately the wait staff, although friendly, were very distracted and very slow. Surprising when there were so few tables to wait on. The food was good and our waitress was pleasant so all in all it was a good stay.

I will NEVER recommend nor stay at this property again. As a Hilton Honors Gold Member, because I chose to book my reservation through Expedia, the staff at this property refused to show any professionalism when I attempted to address my concerns or ask questions. Every time I asked a question it was met with “our policy says”. I’ve stayed at this property for leisure and business travel and each and every time there’s a new policy or rule in place that are not consistent with other Hilton properties in the area. I have spent hundreds, if not thousands at Hilton in Atlanta and I refuse to be treated and talked to like a common lowlife. Never AGAIN
