Could've been better

Check in and evening staff were nice. Hotel was clean, and room appeared to be until we saw what appeared to be dog hair in the sheets. Other than that it was nice. I guess being a pet friendly hotel...Really warm day for this time of year and the room would not get cool at all. That made for a long night. Not a fan of paying to park at my hotel, big negative Overall average.

Nothing spectacular to write about. The grounds around the hotel were dirtier than I expected. Room was dirtier than I expected especially flat surfaces. There was no hot water when I arrived and didn’t have hot water until the next morning. Not Hilton quality.

It was alright for 2nights. Will recommend coming back but it just had a horrible smell in the room and lost out on 1 load of laundry due to malfunction with the coin machine. Yet they don’t do any refunds. Other than that it was Close to the airport.

When we first got there bathrooms were really nasty in the lobby area. They got it situated fairly quickly. Also when we went to look at the pool and jacuzzi area we asked the guest who was in the jacuzzi how was it and she said it was “stinky” also the water level was very low. So when you turn the jets on it was bubbling the water up all over the place. The hotel (TJ) was kind enough to compensate in every way possible , he was AMAZING ! & WILLIAM too boy was William amazing . They were the reasons we stayed. Otherwise service was great price was ok . Just a few facility hiccups that could be adjusted!

Check in was great, but when i got to my room, I noticed that the bayhroom had not been cleaned, there were no hand towels, no extra bath towels or wash rags. The counter was dirty and there were parts of false eyelalshes stuck to the counter and one of the garbages throughout the room had been emptied. I told the front desk and she said she would let housekeeping know. I stayed in the restaurant for almost an hour and when I returned to the room nothing had been done. I was also told that because im an Honors member, i would get comped and I was not. Also, during the toilet paper holder fell off the wall. When I checked out, I brought everything to the attention of the front desk who said she would let the housekeeping manager know. On a positive note, I did eat in the restaurant and the food and service were fantastic!
