I recently stayed at the Hilton Atlanta, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure every detail of my stay was perfect. Check-in was quick and seamless, and they made me feel like a valued guest right away. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with a cozy bed and a beautiful view of the city. It was clear that cleanliness is a priority, as everything was spotless. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities and the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a busy day. The service throughout my stay was exceptional. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or the restaurant staff, everyone was professional, friendly, and eager to help. I felt like every staff member truly cared about my experience. Overall, the Hilton Atlanta exceeded my expectations. The combination of excellent staff, service, and quality accommodations made my stay truly enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Atlanta!

The housekeeping service was terrible. They don't clean or organize the room every day. It was a big disappointment to come back at night very tired and find the room in a mess. It is evident that the cleaning staff does not have standardized protocols or they are understaffed.

The property needs updating. The bathroom needs toilet repairs and shower should bigger/full size. The toilet flushes verrrrrry slow. You have to flush it several times to get everything to go down. Embarrassing. Water also needs pressure to it.

We were completely blindsided by the deposit. That information should definitely be on the website. I was shocked at the $75 per night when the hotel was already pretty expensive. The area around the hotel was ok just wish we got one a little closer to downtown. Also thought the no breakfast with our stay was kind of weird, not use to that. Overall the room was good and the staff was very nice but some things caught us by surprise.

Great stay, parking was a little difficult at times when it got crowded, but nothing we couldn’t figure out. No issues with the elevators or over crowding. I would definitely recommend. And there were lots of places to walk to for food and entertainment. We felt safe at all times.
