Staff was kind but the room’s heater did not work and we were very cold. The staff promised a refund on one or two nights but I have not seen that credit to my account as of yet.
This hotel is awesome, it was so easy to find and parking was a breeze. It’s $35 a night but by far, the cheapest in Atlanta. We saw a show at State Farm Arena and easily walked there and back; I felt completely safe. The free hot breakfast was an added bonus- fresh waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit and numerous cereal and bread. This is especially beneficial if you have kids to feed. Hotel was locked at all times and a room key was required to get in. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again for an event at State Farm or Mercedes Benz.
Staff unprofessional and unfriendly, room was dirty, linens were old and dingy, bathroom was disgusting. Walls are thin, building poorly insulated, you can hear every single sound in the hallways, and traffic outside. Only stayed the night to attend a concert in the area. Will never stay here again.
Staff were friendly and courteous. There were problems with the computer at time of check in, but it was handled professionally and diligently.

So our car was broken into and our window smashed in your parking lot. We had to leave a day early because we couldn’t leave a car not fixed. When it happened, we got a phone call in the middle of the night, but we were not left a message and nobody knocked on our door. When my husband saw why didn’t happen the next morning he just wanted to leave. So we lost the price of tickets that we had for that day. we lost the price of a hotel for that day and $650 to get our window fixed.
Wow! We had a rough day and traveled in to downtown Atl for one day at market. Everything had gone wrong that day and we arrived at 10pm finally! We walked in, looking like we had been through a war, and met Autumn at the front desk. What a breath of fresh air! She was such a joy, and recognized we were disheveled, and totally turned our day around. She could not have been nicer and even upgraded our room. I am in the customer service industry and I wish I had 100 Autumns!! I literally got to my room and just cried. She "made my day" and went above and beyond! I have stayed many places downtown over my 30 years in business, but not any more. I will always stay at the Hampton Inn downtown Atlanta from now on. You are truly blessed to have her!
