The guest service is wonderful, the staff very friendly, the room is very clean, the only issue is the parking if the hotel is all booked up and you may not find the parking spot close by you have to do some walking

I didn't like the room I was given; it was a bit dirty, and the towels were yellow. The room was small compared to the other Hampton Inns I've stayed at. The girl at the front desk was amazing. Super friendly and very helpful

Hotel continues to advertise a business center ; but it was removed due to a "corporate initiative". Front desk personnel were unable to explain why. My emails to the Asst Manager, General Manager, and Sales all went unanswered. My only option now is to share my experience here. Frankly, the place felt like a 1980's Motel 6! Homeless person at main entrance, no business center, no working printer, stained carpets, no fruit at breakfast, no coffee cup covers, no tissue in lobby or room, room had no dresser, no soap dish at the sink, elevator's certificate expired 1 year ago... Shall I go on?

A nice hotel in a compact area. However, there is no parking available anywhere in the area, so the hotel charges $25 to park in their underground garage (which isn’t mentioned anywhere and was a surprise expense for me when I checked in). The customer should be informed of hidden costs.
