We were originally going somewhere else. But we came across this hotel last minute. Mark is amazing to work with. He greeted us with comfort and enthusiasm. Mark made our check in very easy and quick especially after a long flight. We would gladly stay here again

The Hotel was so clean ( it had the clean smell ) . What I loved about the hotel was the manager on site Mr Mark was so bomb . He handled the hotel with so much passion and grace . Me and another couple were worried about the storm that was approaching and he went over the hotel tornado safety precautions and he texted us to ask about our stay so far . Just a really genuine person . And to be in Hospitality that goes a long way .

Matthew has a great personality he greeted us each time enthusiastically also offered suggestions of things to do in the area! Breakfast options were good and they have hot beverages all day very convenient. Lots of places to eat and things to do in the area. Walkable or scooter friendly. The gym on the property was excellent. The pool could’ve been more clean.

Accommodation was good but the parking cost should be called out on the advertisement, $25 a night is a lot in my opinion and knowing where to park in the overflow was not clear. I also got given conflicting messages from check-in desk staff on where I should have been parking in the overflow carpark. When I checked out the staff were demanding to know where I parked in the overflow despite being told the night prior that anywhere in the car park was fine. A little disappointed considering the hotel is part of the Hilton family.
