Not a bad place, clean and comfortable—except when I was standing in the tub/shower having just washed my hair, calf-deep in water because the tub wasn’t draining unless you manually hold up the stopper, and then the hair conditioner dispenser doesn’t work! I do not believe I was the first person to report these issues in that room. It was clean but not well maintained. There was also an issue with the window shade that appeared longstanding. I told the front desk but who knows. Not a TERRIBLE experience but definitely could be better!

The room was really nice and comfy, mostly clean other than a few hairs on the shower wall and food stain on the ironing board. The person who checked me in didn’t give me any information though - breakfast time, checkout, how parking worked. I didn’t know the piece of paper he gave me was a parking pass. The overnight associate was really nice and helpful explaining.

We did not get the room I requested. We needed a shower chair and it took two days and 8 trips to the front desk until I finally talked to the housekeeper. She did not speak English and I had to mime my request. I was given some compensation.
