The room needed a big upgrade!!! But the lady at the front desk was really nice, helpful and professional. The customer service is what stood out the most. It was a nice change to most customer service experience received today.

They are doing some construction on site, so there is a little bit of clutter. The hotel is sandwiched between I-20 and a fairly busy road, so traffic noise can be an issue.
