Very nice room with plenty of room. Staff was very kind and helpful. Free parking and free breakfast is always a perk. Shower was nice but water could have been hotter. Would also loved to have had a higher grade toilet paper. We would not hesitate to book this hotel again. The location is excellent for getting back on the highway.
Nice hotel, but they could do better. After check in I questioned the room we were given as it didn’t have the tub described in the room description, rather just a shower. I was told that you can’t believe the descriptions on theirs party sites, such as Hotels.com. That’s it, too bad.
Bed was comfortable, and room was nice.
My main concern was the shower, which was luke warm at best. Not what I hoped for on a cold morning.
We booked our room with 2 queen beds when we got there we had one king bed for 3 adults and they didn’t have a roll away bed or a sleeper sofa in the room. We didn’t even stay there. Had to find another hotel. Have not received our refund yet from you either!

The clerk couldn't find my reservation. After calling Hotels.com and playing the run around game with the automated system, I finally got to an agent and he fixed everything. It took some time though.
We got the King with a pull out couch for our daughter. From the minute we entered until we left the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious the breakfast was a hotel breakfast but was kept stocked and clean with plenty of options. I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else if we are in this area again.
