Above and beyond - with heart

CARRINGTON - the real mvp! Words cannot express our gratitude for the hospitality and kindness we received during our stay here. A Seamless and Unforgettable Stay at Georgia Tech Hotel My recent stay at the Georgia Tech Hotel was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the incredible staff who went above and beyond during my daughter’s graduation celebration. Santiago was truly outstanding—he came through in a crunch and ensured our accommodations were perfect. His thoughtful dinner recommendations made the night even more special. Jasmine was instrumental in helping us coordinate a beautiful family dinner celebration. Her attention to detail and warm demeanor made the experience effortless. Corey’s Moscow Mule mocktail was hands-down the best—perfectly balanced and served with genuine care. His service skills were top-notch. And Star truly lived up to her name with her professionalism and kindness, rounding out a team that made our entire celebration feel seamless and special. Thanks to this amazing team, our stay felt personal, polished, and unforgettable. I couldn’t recommend the Georgia Tech Hotel more highly—especially for milestone moments like ours.

Slightly disappointed

I picked this hotel because midtown has is close to everything, the photos were beautiful, and it had a 9.4 star rating. But i just didnt have a 9.4 star experience. I'd say an 8. The hotel was beautiful and check in was easy. Parking was easy. The room smelled fresh but cleaning was spotty. There were splotches of makeup on the full length mirror. We enjoyed having the pool and hot tub all to ourselves. When we were ready to wash off the chlorine and go to bed it was already 10 pm and the faucet knob wasnt

When i booked the room it was stated that breakfast and parking is included in price but when I arrived at the location it was not honored and the employee argued before validating the parking ticket.

Really liked the property! I wanted a few more amenities (e.g. house shoes, robe, shower cap, etc.). We also had a fire alarm go off in the middle of the night at 4:00 AM which was not fun. But they extended the checkout time which was helpful. Overall, I enjoyed the stay and would come back!

Dining staff was great. Check in process was excellent! However, I was very disappointed my room was literally across from the ice machine...thus the noise of everyone on the floor getting ice. The hotel was not sold out. So, I was a little confused why Jennifer would place me there for my stay.
