This property was very unsanitary. There were roaches everywhere and the staff was very unfriendly. Would not reccommend this place to anyone ever.

As a single Proud Black Women! I was applaud at what I witnessed walking into what I thought was Hilton/Marriot standards. But there was tape holding furniture together, smoke filled my lungs “ And I don’t even Smoke “ Customer service was non existent and there were other people requesting refunds just to confirm my experience with this particular hotel establishment. Now I have to figure my refund out.

The room was disgusting. Roaches on the carpet and in the bathroom. Smelled like smoke. Definitely a last resort choice, I left at 2am bc a roach crawled into the bed.

This hotel charged me twice the 100 dollars deposit I made on the check in.on cot 18. I came to the hotel today and the reception woman was rude and didn’t want to listen to me about this charge on 10/25/42 at 10:33 am (Bonita). I lost 200 dollars and they act like they don’t know anything. That’s stealing
