Honestly I’ve been to many hotels this was the worst experience I’ve had. I had been up since 2:30 am and flew into Atlanta at 2. I didn’t get the hotel until 6pm. My check in was at 3pm. When I got there at 6 they told me I needed to wait for my room. I waited 30 mins and watched 10 people get checked into their rooms. I went back up to the desk and asked how long it would be they told me they were still waiting for my room and I just needed to be patient with them. They told me that their check in time is at 4 even though their website said 3 and their sign in the wall said 3pm. Either way it was now 6:45pm and my room was still not ready. The customer service was awful I didn’t get check into my room until 7:15. Was late to my dinner plans. It was the worst experience I’ve had

First room we were given had not been cleaned at all, trash, dirty towels, beds had been slept in. Next had been but still needed cleaning, something sticky all over tables and something spilled all over walls. Our vball group had to sign a consent for curfew and no loitering or talking loudly even in our room but they had a large party crowd right near the check in that was not told to be quiet or leave. Breakfast had no clean silverware or cups. Would probably stay again bc otherwise it was good but for the price it should be clean at least.

Worst stay at an embassy suites.

This trip was not as good as any of the previous trips that we’ve had at this hotel when we arrive we was given a room way in the back that had a broken TV. We didn’t realize it was broken until about 6 PM however, after about three hours, I had to call down to get an answer and then we will switched rooms at 11 PM. The room that we were switched to TV also was going bad but we didn’t say anything. It was late. We just went on. Then about 12 AM I laid down only to find out that the bed was broke on the left side so of course I had an uncomfortable sleep however did not want to change rooms again so we just toughed it out two nights in a room with broken TVs and a broken bed, but I almost had to pay $400 for my stay and get charged $75 for parking this is not good. The only positive remarks I have about this day was the hostess for breakfast and the cook. They actually made it worthwhile other than that. This was not a good stay.

Hotel has potential, but will not stay again

Arrived about an hour early after being told we could check in early because of the distance we drove. Once arriving we weee told no rooms was available. We got a room after 5pm. Stayed 3 nights and had to ask for addition dry towels and was told they only had small face towels. The breakfast was ok. We were also disturbed by neighbors and security for sounds that wasn’t coming from our room. The room was not clean as we found items that was left from previous people who stayed. The walls and doors appeared to be dirty as these units aren’t being well kept. We also had to request sheets for the sofa bed after letting them know how many guest would stay. Both times we went to the desk, we had to wait in line for over 30 minutes.
