Parking deck is a mess check in the lady that check me in didn't really look at my whole name because she thought i was there for 4 days and realized it was another person with the same last name and then told me the other person whole name then house keeping came open the door on my wife while she was getting out of the shower talking have we check out I went off on her butt it was just 10:15

The room was nice and outstanding. The price for the property was good. The complementary drinks were good but just need a better selection. It just defeats the purpose of complementary drinks if they are going to be watered down or low shelf alcohol. The breakfast was horrible. They ran out of toppings for the omelette. The omelette worker was not kind or polite. The potatoes were soft and tasted like they had been sitting out. Valet harassed my husband to tip. He even said if he wanted his car he could go and walk to get it himself. Other than that the female receptionist who checked me in was very awesome.

Great Stay

I would stay here again. It's in a perfect location, having excess to about everything you need to enjoy getting away. The only thing they need to change is parking. Its awful. Then you have to pay for it.

Amazing Stay

Quick check-in, convenient valet parking which has my vehicle up front quick. Clean rooms and nice atmosphere. Everything was within a couple minutes driving or walking. Will definitely be staying here again!

Issue/concern. Parking is for paid only. Self parking was advertised as $38 per night, but once at the site I was charged $45 which was indicated as cost for valet. Then, I was charged for self parking for 3 nights instead of 2 nights stay. I am currently sending an email to Embassy Suites, which per a phone recording is the only way to reach the finance department to report the issue and request my $45.00 refund back to my card. It's my expectation that this issue will be considered to be an urgent response matter.
