This property is in need of some updating. Service is so-so. Breakfast buffet is a log-jam with little staff to keep things clean and organized. Beds and living room sofa were not comfortable. Shower fixtures also very dated.

The property is in good condition and is perfect for anyone wanting to enjoy the downtown area. Everything is walkable and in the center of the action. Brought my wife and three boys 12 & under and we enjoyed our stay. Great rooms, daily service, reception, breakfast, it was great. The only negative was valet parking being $55/overnight we were unaware of before arriving however overnight parking non valet is available on a surface lot next door or a garage across the street.

Embassy Suites Centennial Park was wonderful. The staff and the location were really great! The only negative is that it is time for a remodel. The hotel is clean and well maintained, but it is time update their location.

The valet staff are top tier. Very polite, helpful gentlemen. I wish I had gotten their names. Front seat staff and cleaning staff were also kind and helpful. Some of the breakfast staff seemed to be a bit rude but food was good.
