The dining options are somewhat limited. Breakfast is over $18 per person. It's an extensive buffet but due to food allergies it wasn't a smart option for me. No microwave in the rooms was a surprise. Thankfully I discovered that detail before I left home. (I packed bananas and peanut butter for breakfast.) The cookies are always a treat! More hot water came from the sink faucet than the showerhead. It made zero sense! Lukewarm to cold showers for 4 days/3 nights. That's rough on 74 year old bones. The beds and sheets were heavenly. I am severely allergic to smoke. Smokers gathered adjacent to entrances to puff on their cancer sticks. As of July 1, 2005 smokers in Georgia are required to be at least 50' from exterior business doorways. Adjacent to the ballroom/pool area smokers clustered around the exterior doors. Some even stood between the inner and outer doors. Maybe installing a smoke detector overhead would be a deterrent. Or have someone do a 'walkabout' every hour?

The staff were amazing upon arriving to my room there two bulbs out on the lamps. Staff remedied the issue quickly and replaced the bulbs. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was clean.

Good hotel if needed but needs improvement. First room hallway had a very bad smell. Got switched to another floor quickly which was better. AC in the room does not work well even if you put minimum temperature. The AC vents were very dirty, made my allergies worst. Staff is great and helpful, location is convenient to many restaurants, bed was comfortable- pillows not so much. Room was clean. Overall I would stay again if needed for events but would not chose this hotel for vacation.

Property in a great location, friendly service at check in & check out. Room nice. Beds comfortable. Hotel over all seemed very clean except our room 347 had a huge stain in ceiling that looked like mildew and bathroom air vent had a lot of mildew on it. We checked in late, room only had lamps for lights so didn't see both until in morning as checking out. With allergy issues my son & daughter-in-law started having issues as we were getting ready in morning to check out. We were only there 1 night. Would stay again when we visit but will inspect room before staying.

Hotel had guests smoking weed out front at the main entrance as well as at the pool. Our room smelled faintly of weed. Bathroom fixtures were loose and poorly repaired. I ordered food and had to send it back, the bun was stale and hard as a rock. They sent it back barely warm. I would not recommend this location.

Someone in this building is doing something fishy. After I checked out I received a charge on my card. I called to ask what is this charge for after given the run around someone finally said its for food and beverage. Ive never ate or drink anything in that hotel. Currently no one is answering my calls. So i was charge for some invisible food and drink. This is why I hate hotels its always fast to take your money and slow to refund....its going on two days and i still haven't received a call back and im still getting rhe run around. This is Bad customer service.
