I was kicked out the system and ran down as if I didn’t check into the hotel with no problem I didn’t enjoy my stay and and left on the 2nd day out of my 5 day vacation for my birthday…. $300+ short now because even tho the experience was terrible and their fault it’s no refunds. I also never received my $150 deposit back

Watwr pressure low. Toilet flushes slow and clogs. Entry into the shower causes you to hit with cold water while turning it on. Only one way to open shower. There is a door that seperates you and the neighbor, which allows to hear the neighbor's activities. I had to tell the front desk to send a message to the neighbor. Why is there a door there???????????

I had 2 room and board charges held on my debit card. Front desk should have either voided or cancelled the charge if the card had been compromised. My bank had to fix the issue because the front desk personnel did very little to correct the issue.
