Majority of staff were of average friendliness. If I had only had 1 issue, this would be a different review, I had 4. No remote in the room, delivered within 40 minutes- no problem. Second concern is the main reason for this review: Key card had to be jiggled to work on 1st dat, next day it did not work at all, I went to the desk as i thought maybe my cards had been de-magnitized (even though I know better and have never had an issue), I mentioned having issues and needing to jiggle the card-new cards given with a reminder about demagnization, cards still did not work. I called the front desk as I was not trying to go all the way back to the front desk from the 3rd floor, I was instructed to go back down to the front desk. I was now late for a meeting. I ran into a gentleman that works there and he verified that the battery needed changed and he let me in my room and changed the battery. Third issue, ice machines on floors 3 and 2 out of order. Lastly, no hot water to wash my face in the evening. I will not stay again!

Room were extra small . The hotel was filled to capacity . There were four baseball teams and a basketball team ! Loud all night . I left two days early . The manager was responsive but because I paid in advance there was no refund !

Unclean Room, but good service

First room was unclean with dirty sheets, matress and blanket stains, and dust in the air. After complaining, the front desk staff gave us a better room. It wasn't perfect, but definitely cleaner. There was only cold water, a few stains on the bedding sheets, heating did not work very well at all, freezing all night, and toilet took forever to flush lol. Afterwards, the manager allowed us a few free items from the market which was definitely nice.

The only thing I didn’t like was the noise in the mornings, sounded as if someone was moving furniture around . Not sure if it was the workers cleaning or something else . I was awakened a few times from this .
