Staff was really rude they wake me up at 11:20 pm to check u was in the room, they make me go reception and have my id and check to make sure was me in the room they told it was for security, they told me that the room I was for a employee at 11:20 pm, that room was not for me, also room heater was not working they have to check twice heat never when more that 68f phone not working, the next morning when for breakfast that I pay for on my booking that told me that was not pay I have to to the reception and ask for a voucher I they give me one and the perdí was they told me that it was only for one person and I need enother one for me wife have to again and they told me tell the lady was ok like and she was mad. Really bad experience

Very safe and close to shopping and airport. Only the people walk dog whom don’t clean after dog poop at the parking lot. Watch out or you will step on it.

The staff that I met were very good, particularly the breakfast hostess. She was very attentive and helpful. I tipped her extra. Housekeeping was a problem on this stay. I was in the same room for 7 days. The room was not made up 3 days. I needed an extra set of towels for a few days for a child. That did not happen after a few requests at the front desk. They did have someone bring me an extra set of towels one evening. We ran out of facial tissue. Housekeeping left a box on the bathroom counter rather than putting it in the dispenser. We ran out of hair conditioner (refillable bottle) on the last day. Housekeeping left a dirty towel on the floor of the room rather than picking it up and replacing it. The room needs some work. The bath drain is slow, a window was not in the frame straight and the seal was loose. I'm sorry to leave such a negative review. I know that running a hotel is difficult, but this was an expensive stay for me and it was not what I've come to expect from Hilton.

Floors dirty. Parking lot dirty. Pool although not being used due to the cold weather was filthy looking out the room window. Could’ve at least covered it. Went to take a shower and the drain was not draining properly then looking down, there was all kind of soap scum coming out of the drain into the tub. It was disgusting. Then 8:15 in the morning door starts to open with what appeared to be the cleaning crew who never even knocked. No one available at desk upon leaving so could not even voice concerns at check out. Note on a plastic container at front desk saying leave keys in container. Never again at this place.

This was the best , the Hotel is right by the freeway…… Got a service station right there McDonalds right there, I believe I seen a Children Hospital across the freeway. Everything was great
