Hotel is nice and clean however we had to leave and could not enjoy our stay. There were guest doing a photoshoot right in the hall at night. There was yelling and cursing going on. My husband called downstairs to ask if something could be done about the noise. A staff member came however there was nothing done about it. Just make them get even louder and didn’t make the situation better only worse because the room they were in was joined with ours. Sounded like there were at least 10-15 people in one room. Once there wasn’t anything done from the staff member we ended up leaving and finding another hotel. There was no way we were getting any sleep with all the loud talking cursing music and slamming of the doors. The staff should have done a better job at making sure the problem was resolved.

This Hotel does not live up to DoubleTree standard, not others that I’ve stayed at least. The hotel is old, mediocre stay at best. My room was clean but stains on the counter, peeling paint on ceiling, dusty. The AC was on 65 blowing cold air, outside temp had gotten down to below 40 at night, high 50. I let the front desk know. A guy came up rattled around in the vent & said it’s fixed. It was not. I didn’t bother calling again. The next morning I woke up the thermostat was on 63 blowing cold air. The water temp never got ‘hot’, it was a warm/cool. This was the most uncomfortable stay I’ve ever had. I was in town for the NBA game & a concert. I left 8:30am on my checkout date because of how uncomfortable my stay was. The staff I did encounter were nice but I won’t stay again. The hotel needs an upgrade. I’d also like to mention that the window in the room slid open, no screen. this is not safe, especially if you have children. I was on the 9th floor.

Valet parking is unreasonably expensive, you have to pay up every time you need use your vehicle. Upon arrival, staff told me valet parking was the only choice, however there were spaces or lowered priced parking options nearby. It’s highway robbery. Hotel facility is old and lacks maintenance, restaurant’s floor is sticky.

The property is deteriorated and obviously hasn’t been properly maintained. The promised shuttle service to the airport was nonexistent. There was a barking dog in the room next to ours who would ho into a very loud protect mode every time we would go to the bathroom. Staff seemed unmotivated and were not very helpful. This was probably a nice hotel years ago but I wouldn’t stay again and would not recommend this property to others. It simply isn’t up to the standard of other Hilton properties.

Great hotel
Our stay here was wonderful. The customer service rep was friendly and gave us warm cookies when we first came in. Our room was clean and spacious and we left, the rep gave us more cookies, hot chocolate amd hot tea. I would definitely stay here again. It was also in a great location.
