Bed was comfortable. The things that i didnt wnjoy were the room had some obvious maintenance issues, the door handle was extremely hard to open inside and out. Only worked if you jammed it up and slammed your shoulder into it. The key card stopped working each afternoon of my three day stay. Elevators were dirty and they removed the luggage carts for the weekend depatures. Staff was kind and housekeeping was phenomenal. It was what was expected for the price.

The parking situation was a complete mess. Many large work vehicles and trucks would take up five to six parking spaces, and the parking spaces up front. The shower leaked. The ice machine didn't work on my floor. The water took too long to warm up and never got hot. The room was very nice though.

I went to an event at Vinyl and this was so convenient. It was about 10 minutes away. Parking is free at the hotel and the breakfast came with real plates. I was on the 9th floor by the elevator and never heard a thing. The room smelled slightly of smoke, but I had concentrated room spray with me, so it wasn’t enough to complain about. Overall, excellent stay for the value. I was very impressed!

The staff was amazing from check-in to check out extremely organized and friendly. The breakfast guy was really sweet. We did not ask but he gave us extra bacon because the bacon was low. Very nice. I would stay there before thank you so much.

Room was clean. I would stay again for a quick visit to Atlanta. Biggest downside was they charged $50 incidental in which only $45 was refunded. They said the $5 was for the breakfast and internet. Everywhere else I have stayed incidentals do not cover internet or breakfast. Those items are included in the price.

Nice stay

Everyone was extremely nice. Room was clean and the beds comfortable. Free breakfast and the hotel is conveniently located. The ability to be right by Arthur M Blank children’s hospital was a huge plus for our family.
