Exceptional Service!

It was a very short stay just to gain rest before a trip, but the service was truly phenomenal. The guy at the desk through the night was professional, courteous, kind, funny, considerate, and took the entire place to a new level. I would return simply because that guh kmew how to treat customers.

I would like a full refund, when I get there homeless people were laying outside on the corner, with 2 men offering to sell me mariguana. I got to the lobby and the smoke smell was so strong in the carpets it burned my nose. I got to the room and the beds werent made. I had my daughter and she started coughing because she has severe asthma. I felt so uncomfortable and unsafe. There is no way I could lay my head down in that place. My family and I left immediately after arriving. It’s very unfortunate because I had a major event to attend and it pushed me back with time trying to find other hotels nearby. I will tell everyone about my experience and will never recommend this place!!!

This was the worst stay i have ever had the floors was so dirty the water wasnt hot it was roaches the whole hotel smelled like mold and also they kept bothering saying we didnt pay bringing security to our door mind you i made sure i paid they were so unorganized and unprofessional this was the worst experience i have ever had .
