I was very pleasantly surprised that the staff let me check in early so I could get started with my conference responsibilities. It was very convenient that we only had to cross the street to get to a shopping mall with many restaurant options. The staff was super!

This Hotel acts like a deserted island. The Lobby is huge but sterile. There is nothing open until 5 PM. If your room is not ready there is absolutely nothing to do, drink, eat, buy. I find this a strange, guest alienating policy. The place is certainly picturesque.

Stolen clothes

The stay was okay although I never received my incidental deposit. The breakfast was basic and expensive. My fiance left an outfit hanging in the closet and when he called about it he was told that they found it and could ship it to him. He later received information starting that they did not see it and did not have it. Clearly it was stolen. 🙄
