Room was dirty, water from sink was coming out cloudy. Called the desk and they told us they cleaned pipes and didn’t have time flush it out. The bathtub had a pool of yellow water when we walked in. They told us to run water for 10-15 minutes and it would clear and the water never cleared the whole stay. We had to use water bottles to wash our face and rinse our mouth. Bedsheets had weird brown spots on them, room had nasty smell that didn’t go away. Customer service did not help at all even though we made multiple calls. Room service came and did absolutely nothing to help with the situation. On top of that parking is $23/night which is outrageous when you spend that much just to stay there. I don’t understand how this is a 4 star hotel, seems like false advertising.

The property, room, Park, staff were amazing. The handicap accessibility and equipment was not so good. Only 1 wheelchair with legs missing couldn't be found to help my grandma after a long car ride get to room. Only 1 shower chair missing 1 rudder foot on steel leg making it unsafe. Sad that such a nice place couldn't afford to have these things. Overall an amazing stay

Thank you Thank you Thank you! We stayed here to escape Hurricane Milton. The hotel staff was absolutely awesome!! They made our time enjoyable and even had a couple events scheduled for us folks evacuating the Hurricane. The hotel was clean, and all facilities in great working shape. The fact that we were able to also bring our dog was the icing on the top! This is what good looks like, job well done!

Durong hurricane milton this hotel was a blessing. We got there and they were so acomodating and empathetic to our situation, they also had activities for the kids to enjoy literally all day. From parties to movies, snacks ajd sport, i will strongly recommend this hotel and one more thing is that they are pet friendly such a relieve. Five stars
